The problem
Most kids' apps are designed for solo screen time. Tandem wanted the opposite, content made to be read together, personalised to each child, at their reading level, and safe by design.
What we built
Since 2023 we've built Tandem's iOS, iPad and Android app and backend end to end, integrating the client's AI engine so a few taps become a fully illustrated, personalised book.
- Guided story builder with type, place and reading level
- AI story and illustration integration, library and subscriptions
- Child-safe, private-by-design experience with no ads
10,000+ downloads across iOS, iPad and Android, and approved by the Educational App Store.
