MVP in 3 Weeks

A working product in real users’ hands in three weeks.

Have an idea you want to test? We build a focused MVP in three weeks so you can see it working, put it in front of real users and decide what to build next with evidence, not guesses.

Who it's for

Founders and business teams with a new product idea, an internal pilot or a proof of concept to show investors or stakeholders.

The outcome

A working product in real users’ hands in three weeks, and evidence for what to build next.

Sound familiar?

Is an MVP right for you?

The situations founders and teams bring to us, and how a three-week MVP helps.

  1. How we help

We build the one journey that matters and put it in front of real users, so you see real behaviour, not survey answers.

    Discuss this
  2. How we help

A clickable, working product beats a deck. It shows the idea works end to end and that your team can ship.

  3. How we help

Three weeks keeps the bet small. You decide to build, change direction or stop with real evidence in hand.

  4. How we help

We build on foundations that can grow into the full product, so the MVP isn’t wasted work.

  5. How we help

We scope a pilot for one team or a small group of customers, with manual steps behind the scenes where that keeps the build small.

  6. How we help

We help you pick one user, one problem and one journey, and park everything else for version two.

    Key screens designed

Clean, usable design for the screens that matter most.

  • 03

    Real data, real users

Live accounts and data, not a clickable mock-up.

  • 04

    Pilot launch

Released to your pilot users with support during the test.

  • 05

    What to measure

The question you want answered, and how you’ll know.

  • 06

    Next-step roadmap

A clear recommendation: build, change direction or stop.

How it works

Three weeks, step by step

A fixed rhythm that keeps the scope honest.

  1. Week 1: Scope and design

Agree the core user journey, design the key screens and settle the technical plan.

  2. Week 2: Build

Build the essential features so they work end to end, with regular demos.

  3. Week 3: Test and launch

Test, launch to pilot users and agree what to measure.

  4. After: Decide

Review what users did and plan the full build, a change of direction, or a stop.

FAQ

MVP development questions

Straight answers to what teams ask before they start.

Still have a question?

Ask a senior engineer directly. We reply within one business day.

Ask us something else
01

What can really be built in three weeks?

One user, one problem and one journey, working end to end with real data. For a booking app that might be “a customer finds a free slot and books it”. Anything beyond the core journey is planned for the next phase.

02

Is an MVP the same as a prototype?

No. A prototype shows how something might look. Our MVP is a working product that real users can sign in to and use, built on code that can grow into the full product.

03

Web or mobile?

Either. We usually recommend web first because it’s fastest to put in front of users, unless your idea depends on something only a phone can do.

04

What happens after the three weeks?

We review the results with you and recommend the next step: build the full product, change direction, or stop before spending more. If you continue, the same team carries on.

05

What do you need from us?

A clear idea of the problem, someone who can make decisions quickly, and access to a group of pilot users.
